We Care

Children. Family. Elders.

Micah's Caring initiative has a strong, community-supported tradition of meeting the basic human needs of children, families, and elders in our area. By feeding and clothing the most vulnerable in our community we actively show them that their community cares about them.

Micah's Mobile Backpack

Micah's Mobile Backpack delivers weekend food to children via a food pantry on wheels. This is typically done during the summers when the bags can't be delivered to the schools. Educators often accompany volunteers and may also include a mobile library.

Micah's Closet

Micah's Garden grows fresh produce for Micah's Caring Initiative programs. Half of the garden is used for the programs and the other half of the garden is rented out to lower growers who either keep their produce or donate it to the programs.
